How is The Travel Soul Journal different?
The Travel Soul journal is a bit unique to the other travel journals on the market.
Firstly, a lot of other journals only have blank pages. This often leads to writer's block and empty pages.
The Travel Soul Journal has templates for each trip which means you don't need to worry about blank pages anymore. It's a "fill-in-the-blanks" style concept.
The book size is perfect for travel. You can easily carry it in your laptop bags or a big purse. It's also not tiny at the same time that everything is hard to read.
How many trips can I record in each book?
Each book can record 16 unique trips.
For example, if you had a trip to North America visiting several cities then you can record all of those travels as 1 trip.
Even if you had 2 trips a year, the book could cover 8 years worth of travel adventures.
How much is the shipping?
We offer free standard shipping in Australia. You can opt for express shipping by paying extra. We currently do not ship outside Australia.
What's your refund policy?
We offer 7 day refund policy. No questions asked. The 2 conditions: 1. The book needs to be blank and in the original condition without any wear and tear. 2. You need to cover the return shipping cost.
How long before I receive my book?
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days when the journals are in stock.
However, we often sell out so we will put a notice on the website advising the rough shipment date for new batch.
Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking code. After we have shipped the journal, it is outside our hand to control the timeline but it takes around 1-2 weeks for standard shipping to reach customers.
